Return & Refund Policy

At Baby Gravity™, we want you to feel confident shopping for your little one. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at babygravityllc@gmail.com before sending any item back. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain opened or used baby-care, feeding, personal-care, and similar hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized or custom-made items, if offered, are also non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or supplier without receiving return instructions from Baby Gravity first.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
